Our cancellation policy is as follows:

We ask for 48 hours notice to cancel a scheduled appointment.
If you cancel between 48 and 24-hours of your schedule appointment, 50% of fee will be charged.
If you cancel less than 24-hours, or no-show your scheduled appointment, you will be charged full-cost.

We only employee highly trained clinicians. Passion for skin safety and above average results.

Advanced booking is required. Guests may book up to 2 months in advance. Most treatments are unable to be scheduled day of but you can always call (216) 633-8280 to check for availability.

We recommend scheduling a free consultation to go over your skin and hair concerns but some questions can be answered over the phone with one of our team members so give us a call!

Wear whatever is most comfortable. Some of the treatments require hours in service and others require you to be undressed. When scheduling ask how long your treatment will take and make the decision then.

Our spa receptionist will help you plan the perfect spa experience, including the best order in which to enjoy your treatments.

Laser hair removal can be permanent but is often hair reduction, not permanent hair removal. It's common for patients to require maintenance treatments once a year, even after the area has been fully treated. The reason: The laser targets and suppresses, sometimes destroys, your current hair follicles, but does not remove them. New follicles can develop thanks to hormonal changes or those hormones can reactivate the suppressed follicles.

Yes. We would not do any work on the general public if we were not 100% sure it was safe. The Soprano Ice is safe on all skin types. There are contraindications for treatment and all of that is covered in the mandatory consultation that occurs before any treatment is done.

We only employ Cosmetic Therapists to perform laser hair removal. We are very skilled at our jobs and have a passion for skin safety and hair removal. There is a doctor on staff at our spa that is available for questions at any time.
